Partner Referral T&C

I understand that any references shared by the clients mapped to a particular Authorised Person will be shared with the respective Authorised Person on the best-case scenario and should be treated as an additional support and not obligation on m.stock to pass such references to the Authorised Partners.
The existing scheme of Refer and Earn run by m.Stock for its clients does not apply to the clients mapped under Authorised Person.
The Authorised Person shall not run any Multi-level Marketing Scheme (MLM) or any other form of such scheme to promote the referral program to gain references from the clients mapped under their name /code or with any prospect clients under any circumstances.
The Authorised person shall not publish the refer and earn scheme on social media platforms, campaigns, promotional activities online or offline or in any other form without prior written approval from Mirae Asset Partners/m.Stock.
The sole intention of the Referral program is to get references of the friends and family from the existing clients of m.Stock.
Authorised Person shall maintain full confidentiality of the references given by their clients and shall not share these details with any third party.
The Authorised person understands and agree that in case of any references that are shared by the referrer is an existing client of m.Stock , Authorised Partner will not be able to open the new account for this client, neither m.Stock has an obligation to transfer such clients to the Authorised Partner and map it under his code.
You agree that any references given by the Referrer will be solely with intention of introducing their friends and family members to the respective Authorized person and no commercial transactions are intended for the given references and below points are taken into consideration.
- Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers or any other promotion of m.Stock referral program offer through invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail, SMS, publishing any article or content about m.Stock products, services etc.
- Advertisement of any kind in any form on any medium print, audio visual form, web etc. including social media (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube etc.), or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, attempted fraud or abuse of the m.Stock Refer and Earn offer or these Terms & Conditions.
- Organising competition, contests online, posting content about m.Stock etc.
- Any act or omission resulting in damage to m.Stock in any form whatsoever in nature.

Terms and Conditions for Authorised Person Clients

The Refer and Earn program of m.Stock is currently applicable for direct clients only.
You agree that the details like name, mobile number, email id for the lead / reference shared by client registered through Authorized Person will be shared to the respective Authorized Person with referral details.
m.Stock will not be responsible for any referral incentives / schemes agreed between Referrer and the Authorized Person.
Any grievances related to above scheme / offer / campaign would not be entertained under investor protection or grievance redressal mechanism of the Exchange.
You agree that any references given by the Referrer will be solely with intention of introducing your friends and family members to the respective Authorized person and no commercial transactions are intended for the given references and below points are taken into consideration.
You agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited
- Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers or promotion of any other referral program offer through invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail, SMS, publishing any article or content about m.Stock products, services etc.
- Advertisement of any kind in any form on any medium print, audio visual form, web etc. including social media (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube etc.), or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, attempted fraud or abuse of the Refer and Earn program or these Terms & Conditions.
- Organising competition, contests online, posting content about m.Stock etc.
- Any act or omission resulting in damage to m.Stock in any form whatsoever in nature.
m.Stock and its affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of any actions taken in reliance thereon about references shared by the Referrer to the respective Authorized Person.

Terms and Conditions for Partner Referral Program

Reward of ₹6,000 per successful registration will be paid if the referee uses the registered mobile number or official link (sent in communications or available on the partner dashboard) to initiate registration and the referrer is a registered partner
If the referrer is not a registered partner, reward of ₹2,000 will be paid through an Amazon gift voucher. Once the referrer completes their partner registration (anytime in the future), additional ₹4,000 per past successful registration will be credited to your payout ledger
There is no limit on the reward or the number of people that can be referred
If details of the referred business partner already exist in our database, then it will not be considered for any referral rewards
Company reserves the right to amend this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The decision of Mirae Asset Partners on all matters relating to, or in connection with the use of this offer shall be final and binding on all parties concerned
For rewards credited to the payout ledger, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per applicable Income Tax Law. In case the referrer is a person specified under section 206AB of the Income Tax Act, then the applicable rate in that section will apply for TDS.

Terms & Conditions for Mirae Asset Partners Referral Utsav

You will earn ₹6,000 on every successful referral.
Additional payout worth ₹2,000 is applicable only from the 3^rd successful referral.
The total exchange fee reversal amount under Referral Utsav is ₹14,000. For NSE, capital market segment is eligible for ₹5,000 exchange fee reversal and F&O is eligible for ₹5,000 reversal. For BSE, the capital market segment is eligible for ₹4,000 exchange fee reversal.
On completing 5 successful referrals, you become eligible for BSE exchange fee reversal of ₹4,000.
When you complete your 6th successful referral, you get reversal of your AMC for the first year, i.e. ₹9,000. This will be shared after you complete a year as a business partner with Mirae Asset Partners.
On the 7th successful partner referral, you will receive exchange fee reversal for NSE of ₹10,000.
Exchange fee reversal and AMC are exclusive of GST charges.
Referral Utsav offer period is valid from 1st November 2024 to 31st December 2024.
References received, and exchange registration should be between 1st November 2024 and before 31st December 2024.
If your referral is received before 1st November 2024, or after 31st December 2024, you won’t get referral benefits under Referral Utsav. You will be eligible for ₹6,000 referral and won’t be a part of Referral Utsav.
Referrals of immediate family members will not be counted in the Referral program or Referral Utsav.
